Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilize various marketing analytics tools to collect, analyze, and interpret data from diverse marketing channels, including online and offline campaigns, social media, website traffic, and customer engagement metrics.
2. Clean, organize, and manipulate marketing data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and ease of analysis. Transform complex datasets into user-friendly formats for reporting and presentations.
3. Develop visually appealing and easy-to-understand reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate key findings and actionable recommendations derived from marketing data analysis.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify innovative ways to leverage marketing data for creative insights. Use data-driven insights to propose ideas and strategies that enhance marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and brand positioning.
5. Stay updated on the latest marketing technology tools and platforms.
6. Bring fresh and inventive ideas to the marketing team based on data insights.
7. Continuously evaluate and enhance data collection methods, data quality, and analysis techniques. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to data analysis and creative marketing.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, data analysis, or a related role. Proven experience in analyzing marketing data, manipulating data sets, and generating insights.
3. Proficiency in data manipulation and transformation techniques.
4. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas based on data insights. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to connect data-driven recommendations to marketing objectives.
5. Tech-savvy with a good understanding of marketing automation software and digital advertising platforms. Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in data analysis and creative marketing.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively convey complex ideas and insights to diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical team members.
