Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun bekerjasama dalam team

Inisiatif, punya semangat yang tinggi untuk mempelajari hal baru dan mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan

Bertanggungjawab untuk melakukan supervisi teknis dan pengawasan.

Relevant working exposure or experience in a similar role.

Adjust and align machine parts.

Replace defective parts of machinery as needed.

Take apart existing machinery to clear floor space for new machinery.

Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components.

Perform tests and run initial batches to make sure that the machine is running smoothly.

Manage office supplies stock and place orders.

Relevant working exposure or experience in a similar role.

Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.

Maintain and update company databases or any other Administration database.

Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.

Answer administration support queries by employees.

Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

Manage 12 module with 4 Group leader under the supervision.

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Handle 1 section (12 line)

Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Mathematics or equivalent.

Can or used to work under pressure

•Have experience in administration for at least 1 year

•Experienced in Working within Dynamic Environment

•Excellent Communication Skills and Good Initiative

• Create an administrative work plan based on directions from the Production Line Supervisor.

• Planning to order ATK in the work unit as needed.

• Ensuring the accuracy of recording production data in the specified system or form.

Lulusan S1 Farmasi/ Teknik Elektro/ Teknik Listrik/ Teknik Mekatronika

IPK S1 min. 2.75; Masa studi S1 maks. 6 tahun

Bersedia untuk bekerja secara shift

Sehat secara jasmani dan rohani

Bersedia ditempatkan di PT Konimex, Solo

Menjamin pelaksanaan proses pengadaan produk yang sesuai dengan target mutu, jumlah, dan waktu

Bertanggung jawab atas pemeliharaan asset Perusahaan

Memonitor dan memelihara fasilitas dengan merancang, mengatur, menangani, dan memeriksa pekerjaan

Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang yang sama

Disiplin, rajin, dan mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan

Dapat bekerja sama dengan tim, dan memiliki komunikasi yang baik

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP ERP systems and analytical skills (MS Excel).

Create status and performance reports and present them to managers.

Work together with production, customer experience, quality control ٫ warehouse and other respective function.

Experience in production will be an advantage.

Excellent communication and team building skills.
