Having experience in litigation would be advantage

Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.)

Drafted various draft and edit the contract templates

Having minimum 3 years working experience (preferably in financial services, securities, and/or e-commerce company)

Having experience in reviewing and drafting agreements

Have a strong personality, good communication skill and multitasking

Conduct legal drafting and/or review cooperation documents between companies and business partners/vendors.

Identify and analyze legal risks that may arise from business decisions by providing advisory to related functions.

Conduct analysis of legal issues and/or provide legal advisory or legal action, if necessary, by adjusting the needs of the company

Having minimum 4 years working experience as in-house legal or associate at law firm

Having good personality, effective problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skill

Eager to learn and have strong knowledge in corporate business law

Drafting, reviewing, and/or revising legal documents (agreements, amendments/addendums, etc.)

Assisting any legal operations and contract matters, including but not limited to assisting contract negotiations with the partners/vendors

Job Title: Corporate Legal Intern

- Collaborate with the legal team to draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

• Issuing Legal Opinion On Commercial Law/Land Law Issues To The Management Of The Group

• Highly experienced in corporate action matters

• Experienced upon reporting to Board of Directors, and handling subordinates

• Lead The Legal Team In Any Corporate Action Needed For The Company

• Excellent understanding on corporate law, understanding in mining law is a plus

• Holds a Law degree from a reputable university, a Masters degree is preferable

Excellent written and communication skills in English and Indonesian language.

Assisting Legal and Company Secretary team in managing Standard Operational Procedures of Legal function;

Conduct research on various legal and administrative issues;

Assisting Legal and Company Secretary team in conducting internal training to relevant stakeholders if necessary.

Have a high initiative and willingness to learn

Have an interest in corporate law

Manage and ensure compliance of corporate secretarial works, including main investment licenses

Provide local legal support the concentrate plant in Indonesia
