Min 4 years experience as Legal Corporate, Assistant Notary

Responsible to contribute in achieving department goals, active participate in improvement process in legal department to achieving high performing organization

Develop necessary standard operating procedure to ensure the sustainability performance, compliance and mitigation risk on legal aspect

To constantly research and updates on relevant laws and regulations

Provide sound legal advice on any potential or actual legal issues (including internal wrongdoings, claims, dispute, legal actions, court proceedings)

Min Bachelor Degree in Law with min GPA 3.00
