Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To constantly research and updates on relevant laws and regulations
  • Provide sound legal advice on any potential or actual legal issues (including internal wrongdoings, claims, dispute, legal actions, court proceedings)
  • Develop necessary standard operating procedure to ensure the sustainability performance, compliance and mitigation risk on legal aspect
  • Responsible to contribute in achieving department goals, active participate in improvement process in legal department to achieving high performing organization



Qualifications

  • Min Bachelor Degree in Law with min GPA 3.00
  • Fluently speaking & writing in English
  • Placement Surabaya
  • Handle International Contract & Litigation
  • Min 4 years experience as Legal Corporate, Assistant Notary
