Corporate Social Responsibility Supervisor

Responsible to supervise, monitor and control all activities conducted during and post-implementation of CSR programs to ensure all activities and initiatives have been completely conducted including monitoring the outcomes and follow up emerging issues. Supervise program analysis based on logical framework of community needs combined with Division's objective and program strategy in line with Company's objective and overall mid-long term CSR Strategy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation of CSR programs quality and effectiveness to obtain insights of improvement for the next proposed programs.
• Build and maintain relationship with partner organizations and local government to secure beneficial support from them to support CSR activities and initiatives execution.
• Supervise and monitor periodic report on the utilization of budget in the respective working unit in order to ensure the budget is used effectively & efficiently and comply with respective approved budget.
• Execute and monitor day-to-day activities of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programs to maintain all activities are conducted according to the detailed plans and eventually give positive impact to communities.
• Supervise and maintain understanding of leading trends and changes in Corporate Social Responsibility to ensure adherence to budget, schedules, work plans and performance requirements.
• Supervise detailed plans and monitor the implementation of CSR Programs to ensure that the programs are properly handed over to the communities within an agreed time frame.
• Supervise periodic progress report of execution of CSR programs to keep the programs’ execution is on time and within budget.
• Develop, propose & monitor the implementation of budget in the respective working unit in order to ensure the budget is used effective & efficiently and comply with respective approved budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably in Community Development or Social Studies.
• Sustainability Reporting (GRI).
• Familiarity of conflict resolution.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainability program reporting, having shown experience in several different functions related to community development.
