Good knowledge of human resource management and the various processes in HC operation, strong administrative skills in HC processes.
Experience in the education industry, particularly in an international school setting.
Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resource (HR) / Human Capital (HC) training administration.
Good written and verbal communication in English and strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively liaise with internal and external parties.
Highly self-motivated and able to work to strict deadlines, strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills and organisational skills.
Undertake any other relevant duties as assigned by the HC Manager or the General Counsel & Head of Administration.
