Job Description

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Essential:

  • Good knowledge of human resource management and the various processes in HC operation, strong administrative skills in HC processes.
  • Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office and Google Suite).
  • Good knowledge and skills in customer service excellence and committed to the highest standards of excellence in knowledge, practice and professional responsibility.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in relevant disciplines.
  • Good written and verbal communication in English and strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively liaise with internal and external parties.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resource (HR) / Human Capital (HC) training administration.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work to strict deadlines, strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills and organisational skills.


Desirable:

  • Certified HR Officer or Certified Trainer.
  • Experience in the education industry, particularly in an international school setting.


JOB FUNCTIONS:

This position’s duties and responsibilities, but are not exclusive to are as the following:


Training Administration & Implementation

  • Assist in any other administrative work for learning and development, organisation structure (using Visio), job description and employee changes/ employee movements.
  • Assist the Training Need Analysis process, monitor the training plan, training budget and training report.
  • Handle the administrative work for Learning & Development processes as required, including communication with employee and training vendors; training approval, registration, and payment process; training logistics arrangement including but not limited to training venue, accommodation and travel arrangement.
  • Handle the filing/record management for all Learning & Development activities, whether in hardcopy or softcopy/electronic files, to ensure they are filed properly and easy to access, as complete and up-to-date as possible.


New Employee Induction

  • To assist the Human Capital team in the New Employee Induction programme, including but not limited to schedule arrangement, content update & delivery, and to properly record the process.


Other General Professional Duties

  • Actively promote and uphold all Safeguarding and Child Protection policies and responsible use of personal data in accordance with the relevant personal data protection policies and procedures within the school.
  • In liaison with the Line Managers, take responsibility for upholding Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) practice within your own working area and be responsible for completing risk assessments/near misses as appropriate.
  • Undertake any other relevant duties as assigned by the HC Manager or the General Counsel & Head of Administration.
