Experience creating responsive web and mobile designs with knowledge of accessibility standards

Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, Interaction Design, or a related field

A portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills, problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with cross-functional teams

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage time and multiple projects simultaneously

Understanding of industry trends and user-centered design principles

Unify our existing web and mobile to create a central design theme, to provide a seamless user experience for our users

Have 3+ years relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company

Expert in either UI, UX or visual design but skilled in more disciplines across product design

Hands-on experience creating style guides, user journey maps, wireframes and hi-fi mock-ups, visual design, user interface patterns, layout best practices, etc.

Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)

Implement and execute user testing

Strong knowledge of design process and project management Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills (written and verbal)

Knowledge of Big Data, Machine Learning, AI technologies and their impact on the feasibility of design solutions

Develop and deliver disruptive concepts.

Turn initial ideas into applicable designs.

Create applicable solutions to complex problems.

Manage and conduct user research and concept development
