Prepare payroll journal report for Finance.

Perform tax reporting in coordination with Finance.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in coordinating payroll process

Knowledgeable in local laws for payroll, taxation and social security (BPJS)

Strong Excel skills, numerical and administrative skills

Strong communication skills, with good English

Collaborating with the Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.

Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed

Process taxes and payment of employee benefits

Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.

Proven experience as payroll specialist or payroll officer

Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field

Organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Bachelor's degree in management, HR, or a related field (preferred).

Collaborate with Client’s HR, Finance, and other departments to resolve payroll-related issues.

Proven experience as a payroll specialist or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of payroll practices, employment tax laws, and regulations.

Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

Welcome for vocational high school or university student or fresh graduate from accounting, administration, management background.

Consolidate and analyze data of employee working hours and its attendance for payroll cycle basis.

Maintain data changes of social insurance & health insurance.

Supporting payroll supervisor in preparing onboarding welcome package, induction materials and personal data form.

Detail oriented with calculation and confirm to HR site/HR Manager.

Experience to handling BPJS Health and Employment (Mutation and Registration).

Have 3 years working experiences as a Payroll.

Collect data payroll weekly or twice a month.

Validation and verification all data support of payroll.

Handling database employee of payroll.

Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun pada bidang Payroll / Compensation and Benefit (lebih diutamakan yang pernah menggunakan sistem Andal).

Memiliki daya tangkap yang cepat dan daya analisa yang tajam.

Responsible for payroll processing for employees accurately and timely

Update payroll records and employee information in the payroll system

Maintain confidentiality of employee information and payroll data.

Answer employee questions regarding payroll and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Preparing journal entries, reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
