What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

Work experience of at least 6-10 years in Industrial goods/operations sector and/or consulting.

Superior business sense and clear potential to work beyond core areas of experience and within project team

Prior experience in process industries (chemicals, Building materials, agriculture or related functions such as supply chain, procurement) would be an advantage.

Working jointly with BCG and high impact client project teams, bringing expertise to the team and to the client on site.

Working independently at a module level on select topics.

Defend and grow existing revenue streams through excellent account management to build long term relationships.

Build strong internal relationships by working with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Customer Service to drive business objectives.

Regular maintenance of accurate customer records and opportunity management in CRM.

Attend trainings and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.

Effective use of questioning and listening techniques to understand the customer's application requirements to maximize cross selling of full product ranges.

Sales related background and leadership experience.
