Deep knowledge of UUCK and other regulations related to industrial relations

Knowledge related to TKA regulations

Maintaining document and record related to Industrial Hygiene Management and providing Industrial Hygiene regular reporting to all related stakeholder

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)

5+ years experience in Health & Safety related experience in mining, mineral/metal processing especially in Industrial Hygenist field

Have a valid Frontline Operational Supervisor (POP) - BNSP certification.

Have a valid Occupational Health & Safety Expert (AK3U) - BNSP or DISNAKER certification

Proven track record in process improvement and cost management.

Minimum of 6 years experience in handling automation products.

At least 3 years of leadership experience.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience in the industrial automation sector is highly advantageous.

Ensure end-to-end accountability of the team in delivering custom electric automation solutions to customers.

Have 3 years experience in oilfield chemicals supporting offshore production field.

Have good analytical skills and teamwork.
