Responsibilities:

  • Drive a proactive sales approach to ensure over proportional growth in Electric Automation.
  • Develop and foster a team spirit within the team, taking into account language and cultural differences.
  • Ensure adherence to established processes and principles across countries.
  • Provide strong leadership across the team in various countries, giving guidance in line with company strategy.
  • Ensure end-to-end accountability of the team in delivering custom electric automation solutions to customers.
  • Foster close collaboration within sales clusters for optimal cooperation in a multinational environment.
  • Participate in the recruitment, development, and training of staff in collaboration with HR.
  • Perform other duties as assigned/requested by the Head of Technical Sales & Operations.
  • Monitor cost and effectiveness of activities to stay within budget.
  • Contribute to the strategy within Technical Sales and Operations to achieve the company goals.
  • Collaborate with HR to develop colleagues according to their potential and the needs of the company.
  • Regularly review procedures and processes for potential efficiency improvements or cost reductions, and implement them.
  • Establish and maintain good collaboration with counterparts in HQ and other clusters.
  • Monitor the use of resources, ensuring availability in the right places and numbers.



Job Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in handling automation products.
  • Willing to do travel within country or overseas.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multinational environment.
  • Bachelor degree
  • Demonstrated ability in managing teams and developing personnel.
  • Experience in the industrial automation sector is highly advantageous.
  • Proven track record in process improvement and cost management.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience.
