Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.

Manage compensation and benefits including payroll, BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

Min. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or relevant field

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.

Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with company guidelines and legal requirements.

Minimum 2 years experience in the same position

Minimum S1 majoring in Psychology or law

Understand the Labor Law & Job Creation Law
