Job Description of Human Resources Administrative Assistant The Human Resources Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. This includes providing administrative assistance to the HR team, maintaining employee records, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes. Job Skills Required• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in an administrative role
• Knowledge of HR software and systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration
