Maintain industry contacts, and collate information from key industry participants through mine visits, industry conferences and research meetings.

Present our research and views to clients, industry participants and the media.

·Support Senior JV management in all aspects of the RKEF operations.

·Form a work group with partners and operational management team for programs on carbon footprint reductions.

·Minium 8 years of experience in construction and operations of RKEF plants

·Minimum of 4 years’ experience in RKEF Operations.

Nickel Industries is a leading nickel producer in Indonesia.

·Minimum Degree in Metallurgy – Pyrotechnical preferred

Coordinate employee development plans and performance management

Minimum of five to eight years experience in end-to-end HR in nickel mining companies

About The HR Manager (Nickel Mining) Role

Design, develop and improve HR programmes and initiatives

Identify needs in training, recruitment and talent development and ensure alignment with the regional group's policies and procedures

In depth knowledge of the mining industry and legal requirements

Experience in JORC and/or KCMI

Optimize operational performance through provision of best practice geological, geotechnical and nickel quality information to internal stakeholders

Aid in optimal safety, nickel recovery and quality

Supports reserves determination and economic evaluations

Responsible with communicating the technical content of our proposals to internal and external stakeholders, keeping stakeholders updated on project progress
