Tertiary Qualifications in Geoscience or Environmental Engineering

Experience working in mining the industry

Operational water data collection and water balance tracking, review, and improvement

Manage, lead and mentor a team of mining operations supervisory staff

Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment will be advantageous

Always act in a manner that seeks to promote and enhance a safe and healthy workplace culture

Create, control and maintain the budget for internal department

BSc in Mining Engineering or related technical discipline

Dynamic, energetic and confident personality

Experience in Project Management or Mine Planning

A tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering (or related discipline)

Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders

Mine planning software skills (Alastri, Deswik), are desirable, but not essential

Experience in Drill and Blast engineering is desirable, but not essential

Identifying and implementing cultural and process improvement initiatives within the team/operation
