Create Quality Framework and Management System

Recommend adjustments to the quality management system and/or RM/Processing/FG Quality process manufacturing

Understanding ISO, Food and HACCP requirements for food safety regulations

Prepare Manpower Planning strategic for QC & QA to support all the Business Units

Diploma degree or equivalent from Fisheries major

Minimum of 5 years in food & seafood processing

Strong theoretical knowledge about Data Governance and Data Management

Experience with some of data governance tools used for data profiling, data quality checks and data lineage

Minimum 10 years of experience in data governance roles in Banking with large scale data

Practical experience in implementation of data governance frameworks, policies and processes

Experience with some of the BI products (GCP, Google Looker)

Coordinate strategic data governance initiatives by organizing and leading Data council and cross functional data stewards metings

Provide research on new or improved methodologies and quality management tools

Develop a quality management program to ensure productivity and performance can be measured and meets the Company standards

Supervise documentation related to Quality Management Program

Laws and Regulations in relation to Quality, Quality systems, Anti-bribery management Systems, Compliance

Techniques in quality systems management

Minimum 3 years’ experience in leading a quality department.

Provide research on new or improved methodologies and quality management tools

Develop a quality management program to ensure productivity and performance can be measured and meets the Company standards

Supervise documentation related to Quality Management Program

Ensure the sustainability of the Quality Management System based on ISO 9001

ISO 37001 Anti-bribery Management Systems (ABMS)

Advisory related to the quality management program and internal control program as well as implementation

Experience with quality management tools and methodologies used in Automotive Design and Manufacturing (e.g. APQP, DMAIC, Six Sigma, etc.)

Additionally experience with supplier quality assurance audits (SQA) and or lead auditor certification would give you an advantage

Experience in Automotive Industry for 10+ years with GM Position

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to successfully collaborate with the regional teams and stakeholders

Follow Up On Internal And External Corrective Actions To Ensure Timely Implementation And Validate Their Effectiveness

A Bachelor/Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant degree

Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must, task management and ability to coordinate external parties is crucial

Minimal Bachelor degree with Pharmacist or related discipline background.

Preferably at least 1 year working in health industry, Microsoft office literate, logistic or regulatory exposure is an advantage.

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Must be Hepatitis B immunized.

Create PO and PR for laboratory equipment and consumables.

Develop improvement on food safety management system.

Having knowledge about standardization requirements of food company (GMP, HACCP, BPOM, SJH / HAS 23000, ISO 9001, ISO 22000 & FSSC)

Understand SAP System or other similar system especially for Quality Management module

Plan, manage, monitor both internal and external regular audit for CPF & outlets

Plans, implements, and conducts preventative care, safety, and compliance training programs for employees and provide FSQ education to suppliers/vendors.

Conduct preparation for HACCP, GMP, Halal and other certification
