Bachelor of Psychology, Law, Management or any major related

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HR fields

Leading HR Initiatives : Attract and retain top talent, improve onboarding and recruitment, boost productivity and improve employee engagement.

Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations. Ensure fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.

Effective HR administration and people management skills and a full understanding of HR functions and best practices

Majoring in Psychology / Human Capital Management or any related major

Develop plans and policies for matters such as employee compensation, benefits, health, and safety, etc.

Min. 2 years experienced in HR & GA

Professional experience in Digital Agency, E-Commerce or Media is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in english is a must)

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

5+ years' experience in Human Resources

Strong organizational, analytical thinking and communications skills

Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.

Perform and manage the selection process for recruitment required by the company and Clients (internal Project).

2. Min. 3 years of relevant or similar experience in an HR role.

Proven experiences in organizational development, industrial relations, and change management

Managing stakeholders, including other functions and top management

Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources, 5 years in managerial position
