Involved in compensation & benefit, payroll, and HR Services projects internally & externally as part of continues improvement in process streamlining

Identify reward issues in the country, formulate and implement comprehensive reward strategies

Min 8 years in HR with 5 years focus in Rewards and HR Operations area, preferably with consulting background

Exposure in Industrial/Employee Relation will be an advantage

Graduate from Pharmacy / Biotechnology major

Understand the process of preparing DIP

Understand the priciples of CPKB, CPOTB, CDAKB, IDAK, CPPKRTB, Halal certificate

Able to negotiate with principals, BPOM, Ministry of Health, BPJPH

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

5+ years' experience in Human Resources

Strong organizational, analytical thinking and communications skills

Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
