Overview Guest Relations is a customer service role that involves providing a high level of hospitality and customer service to guests. Detailed Job Description Guest Relations is responsible for providing a high level of hospitality and customer service to guests. This includes greeting guests, responding to inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues that may arise. The role also involves providing assistance with check-in and check-out, as well as providing general information about the hotel and its services.
