Minimum 5 years experience in Government and External Relations area

Good communication, influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skill

Ensuring that the company up-to-date with the latest information about changes in laws and regulations in order to develop appropriate actions

Supporting the improvement of External Relations performance of business units within the Adaro Group

Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major

Good command in English both verbal and written

Manage the execution of programs or projects aligned with the strategic initiatives and strategies developed

3+ years of experience on government relations, public affairs, or similar role

Demonstrated experience in executing and managing programs or projects in a government relations or public affairs context (B2G)

Assist in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with government officials, agencies, and key stakeholders in the East Region of Indonesia.

Conduct monitoring, evaluation analysis and reporting of relevant developments and their potential implications

Contribute to policy advocacy efforts by providing valuable insights and information to help shape favorable policies and regulatory frameworks.

Strong leadership skill and good management skill.

Familiar with project management tools (such as Microsoft project, Gantt Chart, etc) and project tools system (such as Jira, Trello, etc).

Develop a comprehensive notification and management system for government-related PR crises, and ensure timely action is taken to resolve such incidents

Prepare budget to execute strategies and job responsibilities.
