Experience of in-person and virtual selling into HR or Marketing functions to HODs, CXO in APAC region

Pro-active and have a “go-getter” attitude.

Manage and plan in establishing production schedule referring to PPIC schedule, converted into daily basis activities (500,000 - 600,000 tons/year)

Plans, manages, the flavor production (Flavor Compounding Facility) semi concentrate to ensure consistent the quality of the final product.

Manages and control the flavor compound production to achieve the production target with optimum uptime, good quality and minimum cost.

Manages of company security policy to ensure company assets in Flavor Compounding Facility area are properly protected.

Vendor Qualification and Supplier Relationships

Solid experience in Cigarette/flavors Company as Flavorist

At least 10 years experience in marketing for food industry

Good communication skills, initiative, and drive

Bachelor in Marketing, Management, Industrial Relationship, PR, or a related field preferred.

Offer solutions to business partner needs through integrated JAS products/services.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Ability to manage and drive a wide range of diverse issues.

Experience in Matrix Organization is a plus.
