SAP knowledge is a plus

Support site in the preparation of annual budgets and provide a consolidated budget

Prepare life of mine financial models for all sites

Prepare analysis on tender evaluations, capital purchases, new initiatives and other commercial decisions. Assist in negotiating implementations of these initiatives

We are currently assisting our client from telecommunication industry in finding FinOps Consultant with requirements below:

Knowledge and understanding of Public Cloud pricing schemes (AWS preferably)

Provide expert knowledge of cloud cost optimization strategies (e.g. rightsizing, power scheduling)

Monitor cloud spend day to day and prepare weekly & monthly reports for review of Cloud spend.

Collate, analyze and prioritize cloud optimization recommendations and calculate potential savings

Ensuring optimization recommendations go through the appropriate governance process and get actioned

Proven experience of 1-2 years in financial management, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Oversee payroll processing, including calculation of wages, benefits, taxes, and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Experience in cost control, financial analysis, and performance tracking.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Accounting, transactional finance tasks, or any typical FP&A work

Experience building financial dashboards and models for senior executives

At least 5 years of professional data modeling experience

Senior Financial Analyst Key Responsibilities

Building financial dashboards and models that drive Trilogy’s most important decisions

Publishing professional reports that will be used by the company’s top executives

Have knowledge in Oracle PL/ SQL. Experienced in Data Warehouse implementation.

Actively document new issues as a knowledge base

Willing to explore and expand knowledge on an on-going basis

Perform in-depth production incident (simple to medium complexity) troubleshooting, resolve any production incident and monitor the fixes to ensure correct resolution

Deliver simple to medium complexity enhancements within the agreed timeframe and with quality.

Identify issues escalated by Level 1 (Helpdesk) to be escalated to Level 2 or 3

Providing academic content for user as education is part of our important product that we are currently developing

Become a guest speaker / moderator for Pluang Talks / Webinar / Community related to financial education / Market update

Have good public speaking skill

Good communication and interpersonal skill, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Research global financial content and put in writing for our user in all products that we have

Execute financial content planning in all of our media platform and apps

Perform detailed planning & project management of implementation activities for updates & patching where required

Must Have: Minimum 6-8 years of Finance ERP configuration experience or relevant experience

8 years of relevant experience with finance process/systems

To participate/lead new business discussion from a tech/process perspective representing Finance

To architect Finance tech solution with relation to upstream system changes

Maps business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications

Strong analytical skills with experience in handling large amount of data from pdf/excel

Design client presentations and enhance customised reporting experience

At least 5 years of financial data analayst experience

Python skills for task automation, data analysis, and data visualization

For overseas applicants it will be fully remote

Team player with good interpersonal skills
