Finance & Accounting Tax Staff

More than 1 years of financial work experience, book keeping related work experience preferred

S1/S2 degree majoring in Accounting / Business Management with GPA minimum 3,00

Having 7 – 10 experience of working in Finance and Accounting Dept

Experienced with end-to-end accounting & finance process flow especially related to monthly & FY closing

Preferable having skill with software (Oracle)

Advanced skills of Microsoft Excel

Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must

Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting / finance / tax

Work experience in a public accounting firm or proficiency in using macros would be preferred

Bachelor's degree (S-1) in Accounting

Proficient user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

High attention to detail and accuracy

Managing system of financial control that meets donor requirements for transparency and responsible management of resources;

B. Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Manage grant disbursement for multiple projects by ensuring all the documentations comply with the donor’s requirements.

Monitor and assess the effectiveness of risk management measures.

8-10 years’ experience in accounting, tax or finance

Excellent PC skills and experience including SAP, Excel and Powerpoint

Maintain financial records for each project in a manner that facilitates management reports

Be the Lead in ERP implementation of Finance and Account Modules.

To comply with all reporting, accounting, and audit requirements imposed by all applicable accounting-related regulatory bodies in Indonesia.

Manage the acquisition of capital assets and ensure that assets are properly recorded, amortized, and disposed of as appropriate

Ensure Tax efficiency of company business compliance with local Tax requirements. Prepared deferred tax calculations and implemented Transfer Pricing policies

Knowledge of Local Tax both Indirect and Direct Laws essential.

Reporting on monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow); Accounts receivable and collections;

Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same role (Finance and Tax Officer / Staff)

Collaboration with operational Key Account Managers and Sales team for monthly client invoicing and Client master Data File (CMDF)

Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting

Familiarity with accounting / finance applications (Jurnal.id; Accurate; et al);

Technical knowledge of Indonesia tax regulations including Articles 4.2, 21, 23 (WHT), 25, 29 and VAT (PPN)

Menguasai Penjurnalan, prosedur pembukuan & Finance.

Membuat Perhitungan dan Pelaporan PPh Pasal 21, 22, 23, 25, Ps 4(2), dan PPN.

Melakukan pembuatan PO, Invoice, Faktur Penjualan, dll

Melakukan penagihan jatuh tempo, online dan offline

Membuat SPT Tahunan, Update Aplikasi Pajak

Bertanggung jawab dengan pihak eksternal Pajak

- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting and tax

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Tax or equivalent

- Strong knowledge of tax and accounting regulations

- Strong knowledge of company principles and procedures

- Good command in Indonesian and English, written and spoken

- Have a brevet A & B (optional)

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax.

Manage and oversee all aspects of tax compliance, including Income Tax and VAT.

Provide support and guidance to the finance and accounting team members.

Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in finance, accounting, and taxation.

Experience in supplying to Government sectors is preferred.

Basic knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and compliance.

Maintain accounting journal, general ledger, trial balance, and financial statement for internal and external

Maintain payment to vendors (settlement to counterparties, if any)

Min. Diploma Degree in Taxation/Finance/Accounting or related major

Have knowledge about Custom Clearance

Keep Accurate Records For All Daily Transactions.

Record Accounts Payable And Accounts Receivable.

Update Internal Systems With Financial Data.

Prepare Monthly, Quarterly And Annual Financial Reports.
