Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper documentation of financial transactions and records.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and analyses.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of internal controls.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in finance, accounting, and taxation.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Review and reconcile financial discrepancies and irregularities.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure the organization's compliance.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants as required.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of tax compliance, including Income Tax and VAT.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
• Provide support and guidance to the finance and accounting team members.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficient in managing taxes, including Income Tax and VAT.
• Experience in supplying to Government sectors is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax.
• Brevet A and B certifications are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and compliance.
