Diploma, degree or relevant qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience)

At least 1-3 years of working experience is required for this position

Ensure that assigned infrastructure at the client site is configured, installed, tested, and operational

Perform necessary checks, apply monitoring tools and respond to alerts

Assist in analyzing, assigning, and escalating support calls

Investigate third line support calls assigned and identify the root cause of incidents and problems

Update existing knowledge articles or create new ones

Diploma, degree or relevant qualification in IT/Computing

Certifications required: CCNA/ CCNP Enterprise / ITIL v3 / or other relevant certifications.

At least 2 years of working experience is required for this position

Monitors client infrastructure and solutions

Identify problems and errors prior to or when they occur

Advanced diploma, degree, or relevant qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience)

Demonstrated experience of Managed Services

Demonstrated experience required in Engineering function within a medium to large ICT organization

Demonstrated working knowledge of ITIL processes

Demonstrated experience working with vendors and/or 3rd parties

Ensure that assigned infrastructure at the client site is configured, installed, tested, and operational

Promote a direct and professional business relationship with the client management.

As JTECH representative at the client site, provide required information to JTECH management as required.

Respond to equipment breakdowns and other tasks as directed by the client management.

Knowledge, experience and attributes sought

Preferred knowledge, experience and attributes sought:

Previous experience in a Mechanical / Diesel Fitter and or Auto Electrician role.

Advanced diploma, degree, or relevant qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience)

Demonstrated experience of Managed Services

Demonstrated experience required in Engineering function within a medium to large ICT organization

Demonstrated working knowledge of ITIL processes

Demonstrated experience working with vendors and/or 3rd parties

Good presentation and reporting skills

Able to drawing using Visio or AutoCAD

Able to troubleshoot IT user problems

Able to test, analyze and physical problem for wireless and wired including fiber optic

CCNA / MS Office 365

Manage a group of employees while they work on a site.

Monitoring their KPI's and SLAs using our Ticketing Tool.

Coordinating with Other teams to accomplish their tasks using FS Engineers.
