Ecommerce Quality Assurance Associate Jobs

Review and develop SOPs to ensure the quality of products are complied with Business' requirements

Minimum 2-3yr experience in QC/QA

Leadership or internship experience from top organization is preferred

Basic to Intermediate data analysis skills using Excel or Google Spreadsheet

Conduct routine inspection to DC (Distribution Center) and Hubs to ensure that standard policy, compliance, workflows, and procedures are in place

Assess the DC and Hubs compliance level against the standard assessment checklist

Has a Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or similar

Minimum 2-year experience in a similar role

Familiar with OTA extranets and channel manager

Excellent communication, relationship, and negotiation skills

Pre Opening experience would be considered a distinct advantage

Maintain engagement with each selected 3rd party agent channel (OTAs) and direct web and mobile apps mechanism

Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above

Team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and project management

Has 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience in a public accounting firm (external audit)

Able to demonstrate strong problem solving skills prioritize and handle multiple assignments under tight deadlines

Professional certification (e.g. CPA) is an advantage

Establish effective working relationships directly with clients

Good experience in financial risk specially credit risk, market risk and operational risk

Have a blended experience in banking and consulting company (Accenture, Olyver Wyman, BCG)

Have a strong additional technology and quant background (preferably computer science or math degree) preferably with FRM or CFA certificatioN

Master/bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting/Computer Science with preference on statistic or math

Have some experience or preferably have internship banking or insurance

Have good understanding on statistics or math tools such as matlab/SAS/r language/python

Manage & build the relationships with partners/relationship manager of the e-commerce channels (Tokopedia, Shopee, Tiktok, Others)

Build the key commercial capabilities within the online team & assist with key operations capabilities to grow e-commerce

3 to 5 years of working experience in the E-Commerce enabler/ E-Commerce start-up companies with strong experience within consumer goods.

Effective written and spoken communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting from reputable university

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science

2+ years relevant testing experience in Manual or Automation (Katalon/Selenium)

Experience with Scrum (point +)

Continuous improvement and research of testing skills and techniques

Strong attention to detail, demonstrates integrity
