Job Description

Things you will do

  • Performance Movement
  • Discuss with OTA Channels what needs to be done in order to improve the conversion
  • Crafting and implementing channel sales strategies to meet monthly sales quota for hourly site concept (need clearance from all the leaders about the target/price/location and standardization for hourly concept).
  • Coordinate and maintain performance in specific OTA for all Bobobox branch
  • Accountable for OTA Targets (per OTA and area-based targets)
  • Maintain engagement with each selected 3rd party agent channel (OTAs) and direct web and mobile apps mechanism
  • Checking and deciding which promotions that suitable for properties in all areas - Ensure the price parity across OTA's and direct web and mobile apps
  • Content, Reviews & Special opportunity on each channel
  • Crafting and implementing channel sales strategies to meet the monthly sales quota for every site of Bobobox Places which is 80% occupancy for every daily site with different revenue targets for every daily site

You’ll fit in this job if you

  • Familiar with OTA extranets and channel manager
  • Willing to be based in Bali
  • Has a Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or similar
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and confidence and can be a great team player when required
  • Operates with an entrepreneurial spirit and likes to lead rather than follow
  • Very self-motivated, analytically detailed, and results-driven, and can show a proven history
  • Minimum 2-year experience in a similar role
  • Pre Opening experience would be considered a distinct advantage
  • Excellent communication, relationship, and negotiation skills
