Quality Assurance Associate Jobs

:

• Review and develop SOPs to ensure the quality of products are complied with Business' requirements
• Inspect the operating compliance in DC, Hubs and warehouse-related facilities (based on the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) as well as identify improvement opportunities by providing problem identification
• Summarise and report key findings from the inspection on a regular basis
• Understand problems, policies, and risks. Able to effectively translate them into solutions that improve processes and workflows across internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct routine inspection to DC (Distribution Center) and Hubs to ensure that standard policy, compliance, workflows, and procedures are in place
• Assess the DC and Hubs compliance level against the standard assessment checklist
• Develop, implement and maintain supplier audit programs and ensure supplier audits are conducted as per an established schedule.
• Develop and review Quality Assurance Agreement with suppliers.

Job Qualifications:

• Basic to Intermediate data analysis skills using Excel or Google Spreadsheet
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 2-3yr experience in QC/QA
• Systematic and logical approach to problem-solving
• Leadership or internship experience from top organization is preferred
• Strong and enthusiastic team player with a growth mindset and also a can-do attitude
