Pendidikan S1 dengan pengalaman sebagai Team Leader Funding / Relationship Manager minimal 6 tahun di Perbankan.

Bertanggung jawab terhadap pencapaian target bisnis untuk Cabang di bawah koordinasinya.

Mengetahui dan memastikan potensi di Cabang di bawah koordinasinya sehingga dapat mengalokasikan tim yang tepat.

Pengetahuan dan rekam jejak yang baik dalam kepemimpinan dan pengembangan Sales Team pada level Cabang.

Networking bisnis yang luas dalam pemasaran produk perbankan.

Mengetahui produk & layanan perbankan

Melakukan recovery Point (cabang) pasca fraud/high PAR (menunggak) dengan penugasan selama 3-6 bulan di Point yang direkomendasikan

Berkoordinasi dengan BM, AM, RM, HMB terkait strategi recovery PAR dan evaluasi pencapaian bulanan

Memberikan pendampingan perbaikan bisnis proses, mapping majelis, & revamping majelis

SIAP ditempatkan di seluruh cabang Amartha di Indonesia selama 3 - 6 bulan

Berpengalaman dalam bidang Grameen minimal 2 tahun atau berpengalaman di perusahaan keuangan lainnya

Memahami dan berpengalaman dalam bidang collection serta penanganan nasabah bermasalah

Previous work experience in B2B sales is a senior management level is a must.

Managing and maintaining sales operations to ensure customers have the best experience end-to-end.

Must have 4 years+ business development experiences in between these industries: FMCG, banking, tech or fintech companies.

Prefer direct selling experience to distributors in the supply chain..

Must have good communication and relationships building skills.

Leading and managing the VP sales team to achieve the company sales target.

2. Major in Accounting, Financial Management, or Business Administration

4. Fresh Graduate with less than one year working experience

1. Bachelor's / Master's Degree from reputable local and overseas university

3. Min. GPA : 3.25 for Bachelor Degree, 3.50 for Master Degree

5. Fluent in English, Fluent in Mandarin will be advantage
