Minimum of 12 years' work experience in an HR generalist role in a large organisation

Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics

Build and maintain excellent employee relation with Union by leading negotiation on HR related initiatives and programmes

Display a confident, matured and pleasant disposition

Fluency in English is a must

Manage and mentor a team of executives

Prepare and manage the HR budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively

A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a senior leadership role

Excellent knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

Experience with HR systems and software

Develop and implement performance management programs that enable the company to measure and evaluate employee performance effectively

Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including performance management, discipline, and grievance handling.
