Bachelor degree of Education or Library Science or equivalent

Experience in a Primary Years Programme (PYP) - Middle Years Programme (MYP) School and Library Services

Willing to be placed in a remote area

Willing to adapt with the school's leave system which must refer to the school academic calendar

Develop systems, structures and educational support programs which are responsive to student needs.

Manage ILPs, SAPs and Intervention Plans.

Bachelor of Education/Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science. degree, or equivalent specializing in Student Services/Psychology/Counseling

Organizational ability, initiative, and effective communicative and interpersonal skills

Willing to be placed in a remote area

Model collaborative practice, shared leadership and effective decision-making

Provide teacher and parent education on a range of topics which include: Parenting, Mindfulness, Social Emotional Well-Being, Intervention and Child -Safeguarding

Appropriate Student Support Services [and Counseling] credential[s] and equivalent experience.

Experience in a PYP and MYP preferred

The Support Services Coordinator has the following responsibilities:

Develop diagnostic testing systems, admissions screening, and referral processes.

Support Management and Integrity of the Curriculum Management System

Manage Passport Folders and Student Record Sheets in collaboration with Divisional Principals, Vice-Principals and the Student Services Team

Manage and archive photos, videos and social-media for the school

High Level of Technology Skills

Willing to be placed in a remote area

Work with the YPJ Technology Team to maintain database systems: ALMA, Dapodik, Student Record Sheets and Passport Folders
