Have experience to provide analysis (Descriptive/Diagnostic/Predictive/Prescriptive) with help of analytics tool (Eg: Big Query, Python, R, SPSS, etc)

Have knowledge of Data Mining concept (Eg: Statistics, Machine Learning, Forecasting, etc)

Experience in Bankin g and fully understand end to end flow process of Digital Lending

Responsible to develop and manage the Enterprise Data Warehouse of GoTo

Manages a large pool of Data Analysts supporting various Clusters / OpCo and Functions of GoTo;

Implement best practices in data model & SQL using knowledge of GoTo’s Business Functions

Provide inputs to Data Engineering teams on requirements to support data

Manage large team of data engineers across multiple Clusters / OpCos

Mentor the team in their approaches in analytics problem-solving, as well as soft skills
