Senior Data Analyst Jobs

A Data Analyst at our company manages and validates data systems in line with SOPs, processes large data sets to drive company growth, identifies operational issues, and collaborates with organizational leaders to communicate data-driven insights. They also document processes and prepare comprehensive reports for upper management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports for company superiors that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
• Create appropriate documentation for company leaders to understand the steps of data analysis processes for the company's future interests.
• Validate data sources.
• Collaborate with Area Supervisors, Branch Managers, and Organizational Leaders.
• Design & maintain data systems and databases.
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and supervise the implementation of the SOP in daily operational activities.
• Control operational processes in accordance with the applicable
• Analyze and research data to produce improvements & new insights. Identify operational & branch issues.
• Process & analyze large-volume data (big data) using specific methods to develop the company.
• Manage and control data processing technology.
• Design & maintain data systems and databases.

Requirements

• Ability to design and maintain data systems.
• Experienced as a Retail Supervisor for 2 years.
• 2-3 years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in tools like SQL, R, Python, spreadsheets, and data visualization software.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
