High proficiency in ads campaign (Google & Meta) that proven by experiences & certification

Minimum 2 years of experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Tableau, Google Analytics, and Data Studio.

Minimum 4 years of experience with digital marketing campaign across social, display & search, and programmatic platforms.

Proven experience as a Data Analyst and hands-on experience with marketing automation tools.

Experience in conducting A/B tests and interpreting the results for optimization.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.

Effective communication skills to present data-driven findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing data to identify trends, customer behaviors, and performance metrics.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand campaign objectives and create data-driven strategies.

Proven min 2 years working experience in digital marketing

Experience working with Google Data Studio or other data visualization tools is a plus.

Daily planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google).

Evaluate key metrics impacting marketplace traffic, conversion, and advertising ROAS.

Implement rigorous A/B Testing to optimize GMV on online channels.

Create reports on marketing and paid campaigns focusing on improving sales performance.

Develop CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to maintain existing customer/user and increase online sales repeat order.

Skills and experience in creative content writing (script writer)

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

Solid knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights)

Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

At least 4 years of experience in the data analyst digital marketing field

Knowhow about Google Tag Manager

Creating Digital Marketing reports & analysis

Supporting the head of marketing with various marketing-related tasks

Working on Social media data

Ensuring online marketing tracking works well
