Min. 5 tahun pengalaman sejenis/ di bidang yang sama sebagai Creative Design

Mampu untuk melakukan update terkait dengan trend kreatif

Paham proses dan spec tools untuk aktivitas producing content

Manage of mine operation including contractor Load and haul, Drill and Blast,Mine Engineering support functions and fleet management systems.

Manage a team of professionals and ensure development of professional skills within the department;

Manage principal mining activities including Resource and Reserve generation and Life of Mine plans, update feasibility study reporting and RKAB updates;

Manage of technical service department including geotechnical, hydrology, dewatering, mine geology and grade control( reconciliation), tailing dam construction, and survey functions;

Manage of the underground mining projects;

Manage the mine construction and environmental rehabilitation earthworks projects;

Great communication skills with ability to provide rationales for creative choices made

Great working knowledge of existing and emerging technologies & platforms

Consistently produce creative elements against a deliverables list

Contribute to brainstorms & concepts

Contribute to crafting the design of an idea

Generate ideas and sell them into clients and other members of the team

Have 10+ years experiences on IT Technology, Business Strategy, and management strategy

Willing to dealing with C-Level / Management Team

Have experienced of being IT Consultant / IT Solutions is a plus

Have experienced for doing pre-sales is a plus

Well known about technology, and digital transformation
