Take full responsible to drive World Class Manufacturing (LCI) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) management in the plant

Manage and conduct audit on daily work of LCI pillars to realize operation target

Have deep understanding and rich experience in implementation of continuous improvement methodology

Outstanding interpersonal skills that build relationships at all levels across the organization with the ability to influence and collaborate

Exceptional oral presentation skills, interpersonal communication, writing skills, and a desire to coach others

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including intermediate skills with Excel

In this role, you will report directly to the Continuous Improvement Manager.

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Utilize Lean Manufacturing tools to identify and develop solutions that drive operational improvement.

Supervise product and process improvement landmarks to ensure on-time completion and sustainability.

Analyze, develop, ratify, implement, and standardize manufacturing best practices across the network.

Carry out the improvement process starting from problem analysis, collecting data, finding solutions to execution

Perform layout analysis on production processes and other operations

Identify problems and make proposed changes to increase productivity and efficiency

Execute/implement work processes on each project improvement and technology upgrade

Monitor and evaluate the implementation of changes and ensure continuous improvement initiatives are implemented properly

Ensuring improvement ideas are properly executed and implemented

Having good communication and interpersonal skill

Having good knowledge about PDCA, PICA, Lean Six Sigma, FBA

Having 2 - 4 years experience in related fields

Take full responsible to drive operational excellence

Project register, assist & review project implementation, cost optimalization calculation, management of change control

Supporting of managing and facilitating business improvement initiative / project across the departments and plants

Monitor implementation standardized measures and work process, high performance work team

Monitor implementation performance work team (change shift, Gemba “work the floor”, DOM, etc.)

Monitor unit performance (UPTIEM, OEE, Yield, PBFI, throughput, etc.)

Maintain / update manufacturing report
