Our client in the cosmetics manufacturing industry is looking for the best talent to join their team as a Continuous Improvement Staff to be placed in Tangerang. The responsibilities & qualifications such as:

Responsibilities

• Carry out the improvement process starting from problem analysis, collecting data, finding solutions to execution
• Identify problems and make proposed changes to increase productivity and efficiency
• Ensuring improvement ideas are properly executed and implemented
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of changes and ensure continuous improvement initiatives are implemented properly
• Perform layout analysis on production processes and other operations
• Execute/implement work processes on each project improvement and technology upgrade

Qualifications

• Understand the production system, technical, and technology.
• Understand the Continuous Improvement process.
• Certified in Lean Six Sigma.
• Understand the basics of mechanics and electricity.
• Able to find and analyze problems.
• Min. Associate Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
