Day to day management of multiple Key Accounts and Distributors in assigned markets.

Minimum 4-5 years’ experience, CPG, Spirits, Tobacco and/or consumer electronics a plus.

Candidate that has experience in FMCG industry would be an added advantage

Plan, organize, and execute sales and field marketing strategies and plans.

Develop SWOT and market/channel analysis and execute commercial strategies against analysis with data driven decision making.

Work collaboratively with Trade Marketing to increase awareness and positioning at Retail.

Deliver on resource, logistical and administrative requirements for promotional resources, activities & events. Including budget/ expense management.

External Stakeholder (KOL, Medical Association and Patient Group) Engagement & Management

Excellent in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience using Veeva Vault Promomats, CRM, or similar platforms is preferred.

Strong written and verbal communications skills (both in English and Indonesia language)

Development and execution of events throughout all stages of commercialization, including for launch and in-line products / therapeutic areas.

HCP, Medical Association, Patient Group (if applicable)

Bachelor’s degree majoring in Business Management/Industrial Engineering from a reputable university.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Minimums have 5 years’ experience or more in the same position.

In-depth knowledge of the palm oil industry, including market trends and regulatory frameworks.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Develop and execute commercial strategies to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.

Proven experience as a kitchen Chef with a specialization in Italian cuisine

Diploma or higher education in food production and sales

Typically, 6-10+ years account management experience.

University or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience. Engineering or technology education, advanced degree or MBA desired.

Leads complex sales engagements, project management and coordination to meet deadlines.

Experience in IT industry preferred. Experience working within an IT department and/or working within customers is a plus.

Experience in vertical industry preferred.

Experience in different sales roles is a plus.

Develop, manage, and grow a pipeline of sales opportunities in collaboration with key Channel Partners within an assigned territory

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, customer service and negotiation skills
