Cluster Operations Manager Jobs

Provides accurate, complete and effective turnover to Event Management.

Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Develops relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities.

3 years' experience in relevant field.

Experience facilitating community development activities.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Supervise the implementation of field team activities by providing direction, input and feedback related to field team.

Coordinate with local stakeholders, district governments and clients that relate to the cluster area.

Coordinate problems or obstacles that arise when using the application to the related team usingFreshdeskapplication.

3 years experience in the relevant field, preferably from palm oil or plantation field

Experience facilitating community development activities

Supervise the implementation of field team activities by providing direction, input and feedback related to field team.

Coordinate with local stakeholders, district governments and clients that relate to the cluster area.

Coordinate problems or obstacles that arise when using the application to the related team using freshdesk application.

Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation reports to the supervisor, including data quality monitoring as well as regular field visits.

Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills.

Have a degree in Hospitality or Business Management.

To be a-hands on Manager and be present at all times on the floor, especially during busy periods.

To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks.

Has minimum 2 (Two) years experience in a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain.

Previous experience in Luxury Hotel / High-End freestanding establishment or international experience are advantages.

High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.

Ensures that the team has the capabilities to meet expectations.

Ensures all team members meet or exceed all hospitality requirements.

Ensures that goals are being translated to the team as they relate to guest tracking and productivity.

Creates and nurtures a property environment that emphasizes motivation, empowerment, teamwork, continuous improvement and a passion for providing service.

Understands employee and guest satisfaction results and developing game plans to attack need areas and expand on the strengths.
