Bachelor’s/ Master's degree with a strong academic track record

Ability to understand complex requirements and craft custom creative solutions. Experience is SaaS solution is desired.

7+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work with Excel & PPT, CRM Dynamics and SharePoint.

Experience selling to EVPs, CXOs and end-users (in the same sales cycle doing multi-threading) in both individual and team sales environments. 

Experience in solution selling to global/multi-national customers, with complex organization structure.

Is resourceful, has an aptitude for learning new skills and initiative to participate in advanced projects

Utilises platforms to manage and update team / client programmes

Works in a team-based, fast-paced, detail-oriented environment

Conducts research to support business needs

Minimum education S1 in the field or majoring in IT, Information Systems or other relevant fields.

Have very good Communication Skills or Interpersonal skills.

Have experience working as a solution design, developer, solution architect or equivalent for at least 3 years.

Have experience in team handling/team supervision

Have experience in solution architect

Basic (must have technical skills).

Several years of sales and client management experience.

Deep understanding of Customer Experience solutions across the entire customer journey

Deep understanding of the SEA enterprise market especially around Experience in Commerce and Digital Marketing

Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented

Ability to manage a P&L, very good with numbers

Understand offerings deeply and pitch them to prospective clients

Min. 5 years experience in selling, account management, consulting, relationship management or meeting customers in any other way

You will leverage new and future relationships with management of property developers

You will negotiate deals with senior management of property developers

Knowledge of the property market is beneficial (but not required), the experience is a plus

You will present to potential partners and convincing them about the benefits of partnering with us

You will analyze longevity and benefits of the potential or existing projects
