Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.

5+ years working experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or a similar senior sales role.

Organize training sessions to equip dealers with the latest product knowledge and sales techniques.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting dealer relationships, ensuring optimal dealer performance and engagement.

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the region.

Evaluate regional market trends and uncover sales insights. Monitor dealer performance metrics and strategize improvements.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a leader with a background in manpower management (preferably from a multifinance or financing company)

Handles the end-to-end hiring process and manages administrative tasks related to manpower management

Experience working in an agency-based business network (preferably in Dana Tunai or Refinancing)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsible for recruiting and building our sales force team, whether through internal hiring or agency-based recruitment

Monitoring the productivity of our sales force through our internal program

Having experience minimum of 1 - 2 years as a surveyor/appraisal/analyst in financial institution.

Possess good knowledge of car condition (body, engine, interior, and exterior).

Having experience in credit or lending companies will be good.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Conduct visits and surveys to customers and collect required documentation to check customer eligibility.

Thoroughly analyzing collateral condition (car or vehicle) and giving recommendations in system on the car appraisal.

To support daily basis in arranging events & incentive trips administration and data handling

Coordinating task with related vendors

Making simple design support (2D or video animation)

Collaborate with stake holders & related departments

Final year student or fresh graduate from any creative related Major (Tourism/Design will be prioritized)

Willing to WFO (3 x a week) & WFH (2x a week) in South Jakarta

1. 2 years of agencies/hosts operation experience;

2. Be responsible for recruiting and managing agencies and hosts（must have database for agencies/hosts）;

3. Plan events(including but not limited to ranking events, training events…) to improve agencies&hosts’ retention and revenue;

4. Deal with issues between agencies and platforms etc.

Bachelor degree from management, insurance management, economics, accounting, engineering.

Min working experience 1 year, preferably in startup/tech company

Responsible to insurance registration for TREVO car

Managing existing insured car accounts

Daily reporting for insurance policy
