Business Reporter Jobs

Manages or executes agreed action plan and coordinates all activities to ensure business development measures or projects become a success.

Practical business development experience within the automotive and/or industrial goods industry over a minimum 5 years

Develops and implements business development strategies, for assigned (new) industries or future key customers, appliances or new regional or local markets.

Searches for, analyzes and compiles sources for market information to identify or address business development cases.

Creates future market scenarios and proposes options of responds to to cover strategic positioning and to address long-term profitability.

Presents findings to relevant stakeholders and eventually initiates business development activities, in cooperation with stakeholders in the business.

Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance requirements.

Identify opportunities to offer additional financial products and services to clients, such as insurance or investment products.

Communicate lending decisions, terms, and conditions to clients, explaining any applicable fees or requirements.

An associate's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is typically required.

Excellent analytical skills to evaluate financial documents and make informed lending decisions.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues.

Skilled at communicating across cultures. Knowledge of one or more Southeast Asian local languages is a bonus;

Have at least 2 years experience in journalism (English);

Communicating with the editorial team about stories, sources, and deadlines;

Contributing to editorial discussions and direction;

Think critically and write/edit timely and accurately;

Keep up to date with the latest developments in the industry;

Experience in building program/fundraising/business proposals

Information gathering (from secondary data / existing brief)

Creating a presentable design & layout for the deck

Last semester undergraduate students, preferably major of Journalism.

Ability to work under deadline. Passion in journalism.

Unpaid internship, but there is transport reimbursement and lunch at the office.

Creates and determines the Pricing strategy per market in consultation with the Business Unit executive leadership team.

Controls the execution and alignment of the pricing strategy by setting minimum pricing.

Creating creative writing for the Business Channel (evergreen articles, tips, explainer)

Writing news for the Business Channel either from covering news and press releases

Able to write, create news/articles in the sports channel

Willing to cover the field

Can interview sports sources and transcripts the interview results

Having 1-2 years of experiences in the field is an advantage

Having a bachelor's degree in Journalism or Law is a plus

Requires an able writer of accessible, engaging, accurate copy who can produce quality content to the deadline.

Must show initiative, self-motivation and work well under pressure and/or in a fast-paced environment.

Strong, mobile, fast-learner, and ready to work overtime.

·Digital journalism experience is required, preferably in an online news organization.

·Experience with multimedia reporting, including video, social media, and other digital platforms.

·Experience conducting online research, specifically using social media channels.

·Knowledge of at least one local Southeast Asian language is preferred.

·Knowledge about issues related to Chinese engagement in Southeast Asia is preferred.

·At least 5 years of journalism experience is required.
