They are responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of all banquet food items, as well as ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.What is Banquet Sous Chef Skills Required?
• Excellent culinary skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
What is Banquet Sous Chef Qualifications?
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in a banquet kitchen
• ServSafe certification
What is Banquet Sous Chef Knowledge?
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Knowledge of menu planning and recipe development
What is Banquet Sous Chef Experience?
• Previous experience in a banquet kitchen
