Assitant General Manager Jobs

Review of management reports to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.

At least 5 years of working experience in tax field is required for this position.

At least 4-5 Year(s) of working experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role

Excellent verbal and written communications skills, in both Bahasa and English

Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the C-Levels

Organize and set up executive/board meetings.

Preferably have an experience in management of Four-Star or Five-Star, Marriott property.

Conduct applicant interviews for hourly and management positions.

Assist in training hiring managers and interviewers on all interview and selection policies and procedures.

Schedule and coordinate applicant interviews with appropriate hiring manager and/or interviewer.

Order and manage inventory of training materials and supplies.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience within a senior capacity in the Hotel Industry.

Experience in project management and virtual assistant is a plus.

Manage executives' calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Conduct research on various topics and prepare reports as needed.

Developping jam and chocolate spread recipes

Cleaning and maintaining equipment, tools, and work areas to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met

Preparing ingredients for jam production, including measuring and mixing ingredients, and preparing fruits and vegetables for jams and preserves

1.Have at least 2 years of management experience in hospitality field

6.Provide help to management, including assistance with hiring and training, and keep management updated on team performance.

1.Liaise between General Manager and various departments to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations.

3.Assist the General Manager in in all aspects of business planning.
