• Able to commute to our office in Jakarta Area

Conducting needs assessments to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.

Have completed an internship or have 1-2 years of entry-level HR recruitment or development experience.

Determine the job requirement & develop the job description

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology or a related field

Familiarity with HR software and technology, such as applicant tracking systems, HRIS, psychological tools and assessments.
