- Berpengalaman sebagai Area Manager di FnB Industry minimal 3 tahun

- Monitoring operation by apps

- Melakukan visit outlet secara rutin

- Melakukan Audit saat visit outlet (Grooming, kebersihan, SOP, crew performance, dan checklist lain sesuai dengan standard)

- Mengevaluasi dan report personal performance crew

Minimum 7 years experience with extensive exposure to Area operations with exposure to BTL Marketing

Proficient in English & Bahasa, strong communication & interpersonal skills

Accountable for topline (ie : transaction, revenue) and bottom line metrics (ie ; cost, profit) of Area

Accountable for gofood sales motion in the area

Takes full ownership of the city’s budget and target

Very fluent in numbers, excellent in analyzing data and using analytics to make decisions

• Have good team management and communication skills.

• Have Experience as Store Supervisor/Store Manager Minimum 2 years.

• Provide reports on store operations to management (stock opname reports, sales reports, etc.)

• Minimum education S-1 all majors.

• Have good leadership skills

• Have good Selling skills

Have strong relationship development and account management skills

Have experience selling equipment and aftermarket parts and service

Have the ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously

Have experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with plant maintenance, commissioning and/or plant debottlenecking would be highly regarded

Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role of a cloud kitchen environment.

- Having F&B management skill: Opening new outlet, P&L report, restaurant operation, training, etc

- Controlling and manage scheduling, staffing, training, and activities at outlets

- Monitor, control and manage business stores to meet customer expectations and operationally excellent

- Experience in similar position min. 1 year

- Have an experience to handle more than 3 stores

Have prior minimum 4-5 years at Sales/ Marketing experience as field sales/distributor management/customer development/key account

Fast learning skill that able to pick up new products knowledge.

• Take in charge of account receivable for all responsibilities accounts with good coordination with ARCO Team.

Good communication skills and negotiation skills

Advance Analytical and Business Acumen skills

Optometry knowledge is a plus
