Background Education as Undergraduate students or Fresh graduate of any majors;

Melakukan market research mengenai situasi internal dan eksternal pasar dan kebutuhan pelanggan secara spesifik.

Melakukan approachment dengan micro influencer untuk diajak bekerja sama dengan Ousean.

Mencapai target penjualan yang sudah ditetapkan.

Membuat laporan penjualan setiap ada yang melakukan transaksi.

Membuat usulan campaign per anak dan didiskusikan untuk direalisasikan.

Membuat QnA di Instagram terkait program yang sedang berlangsung bekerja sama dengan SMO sekaligus meningkatkan engagement rate.

Handling incoming goods for refunds, unboxing, and documentation, among other responsibilities.

Currently pursuing a minimum of a Diploma (D3) education level.

Recording attendance of field representatives, tracking the utilization of resources, and team expenditures (reimbursements/budgeting).

Reviewing and verifying transactions with vendors/enablers.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and/or Google Documents.

Adeptness and willingness to learn about the company and its products.

Support subscription team organize monthly promo program for TJP's product (both print and digital).

Analyzing and maintain database TJP's subscription performance and customer satisfaction, as well as market potential.

Help subscription team's sales effort, including monitoring needs and share ideation on building partnership proposal.

Maintaining good partnership communication with community and e-commerce partner.

Handling media partnership project, including external visit to partner's invitation and coordination on full filling needs from the projects

Adaptable individuals with high motivation to learn.

- Pursuing Bachelor Degree in Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, Management or any related field

- Learning and presenting the company's product knowledge to agent

- Mapping new agents in the area and coordinate with the key account manager area

- Ensure report deadlines are produced on time and follow up on pending matters

Drive sales of our education programs through telesales and direct selling with potential customers (retail and group)

Manage & create a sales pipeline for each channel (retail and group booking)

Have excellent English skills (oral and written)

Excellent social and communication / persuasion skills

Give presentations to potential clients at various locations

Build long-term relationships with partners (school and other institutions)

You are good time management, multi-tasking, and good at teamwork

You will manage and update the file on leads, quotations, agreements, sales orders, booking and invoicing.

You are excellent communication and interpersonal skills

You are proficient in technology, especially with an excellent knowledge of MS Office

You will administer on creating minute key meetings, sales support, and reporting.

You will maintain any filling data and analysis, as well as carry out regular reviews to ensure their accuracy and efficiency.

Assist in data entry for WP PLN.

Fresh Graduate atau sedang menempuh pendidikan D3/S1 jurusan Teknik Elektro/Teknik Mekatronika/Teknik Otomasi

Memahami dasar-dasar elektronika dan menguasai salah salah satu bahasa pemrogaman (Graphical Programming/C Programming/Python Programming)

Kemampuan berbahasa inggris yang baik

Memiliki kemapuan komunikasi, menulis, dan manajemen waktu yang baik

Berkomitmen menjalani kegiatan magang selama 3 bulan

Dapat bekerja di Head Office Jakarta pada office hour (08.00 - 17.00 WIB)
