Job Description

As a sales intern at BestHostels Indonesia, you will be responsible for generating leads, pitching products and services to potential clients, and closing sales deals. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Communicate the company's products and services to potential clients and explain their benefits.
  • Collecting, controlling, and managing all data sales, and Prepare all necessary documents for selling purposes.
  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels such as social media, email campaigns, and cold calling.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and expand the company's customer base.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients by responding to their queries and resolving issues.
Qualifications
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and customer service best practices.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a previous role.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to pitch products and services effectively.
  • Base in Bali is advantaged.
  • Passionate in Tourism and Hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, fresh graduate welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa (Written and Spoken).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
